.... miserable UK sheep yuletide encroaches and the economy heads in the general direction of malaise and meltdown... and on the very eve of that grand old British sheep shoppers' ( and I did say shoppers ) pick n' mix institution Woolworths - along with Mrs average houseproud town mouse's fave store of trendy beige, MFI - going into administration ( read f***ed, both ), here we have the Credit Crunch BitingTM as never before and announced on the evening newscasts as matter-of-factly as if it's merely a couple of drab little corner shops biting the dust in the remote fastnesses of outer Penge.

So a' flocking to good ol' Woolies the smart Xmas shopper sheep will doubtless be trotting... to eagerly graze those end-of-line stock clearance sale bargains, as the hapless institution faces the humiliation and irony of ironies of being potentially re-branded (ptp) as an "upmarket pound store" after itself having being sold off for a squid !

Bring us the dog heads of those Woolworths management wallies on plates... they couldn't manage the proverbial whelk stall, they couldn't run a bath - or a sheepwash for that matter.
The fact that we do indeed..... live sleep and graze, ON AN ISLAND.

On an island where the national flock is becoming increasingly trapped (penned).... and panic-stricken.
The BBC, keeping the crap all chirpy cheerful under-the-wool carpet, as per usual.

... not only by the atrocious weather but by economic conditions. The first European country to go into recession, the value of Stirling dropping like a freshly bolted sheep in the slaughterhouse against the euro ( how long now 'til the Pound/Euro? )

Of course all this gloom is music to the floppy ears of top dog Gordon Frown... he can blame his dour performance totally on world economic conditions. The soaked flock is distracted and running every which way to escape economic events overtaking them, while Gordon laughs his way to the next election, the spineless Labour MPs as always looking after their own butts ( seats) first. The country can go to hell in a handcart.

And it looks like it will, with hardly a sodden bleat of protest in earshot.

Each day the tabloids compete for the most gloom-laden shout-headlines; whether it be oil, knife crime, MPs expenses, house prices, utility bills or immigration - all of a sudden the nation seems to have woken to the fact that's been staring us in the face for decades.
The country's being systematically raped and ransacked by the politliarsTM of both now near-identical persuasions.

Yet along with the gloom comes a new chink of hope, for in amongst the black despair, there's emerging a certain mood of rebellion amongst the national flock masses not seen since the poll tax protests under Thatcher bitch, a kind of "we won't take no more crap" mentality. We've seen the first stirrings this past week with the ram lorry drivers rubber stamping their well-articulated ways to London in a - for now at least - orderly protest convoy against the grand extortion that is the 70% fuel duty at the pickpocket PM Gordon Brown's stand-and-deliver pump pricesTM.

Yet when the unelected gutless jobsworth himself, along with his decidedly shifty-looking chancellor gate-crashed the meeting of oil company bosses in Scotland this week, it was still more about putting up appearances, spinning out a little more of the big lie, trying to con the public into again accepting gesture politics in the stead of concrete action. But no longer does this weave the Blairite spell, New Labour's well-worn cheap party tricks have become all too see-through.

Only last night on Newsnight, Brown's energy minister had the nerve to spew out the well-spun stat', that " The government doesn't earn any more by proportion when the price of petrol goes up". He repeated this ad nauseum like some vacuous Westminster mantra. Of course the key con trick spin words were "by proportion", counting on the viewers not to notice that 70% of £1.30 a litre is substantially MORE than 70% of 80p a litre ( 35p per litre more in Brown's coffers to be precise)

The electorate know well that if they hadn't both threatened to and actually given Gordon Brown a good thumping in the polls recently, no way would he have given the concession on the 10p tax, no way would he now be contriving to rescind the new forecourt tax proposals or the absurd 42 day detention without trial limit. The only language this man, or any politliar understands.... is fear of losing office.

Perhaps, in the end, this is the only way modern democracy can really give a voice to the people - by the electorate themselves gathering to protest in numbers enough ( Ian Thorp's "pitchfork revolution" ) to scare the living seat pants off the governing party's MP majority enough for them to pressure the PM to change or go.

Pity then, that it takes self preservation-motivated fear of the sack for the spineless Labour MP maggots to act to change policy, rather than the unparalleled tragedy of the nation being taken into a totally unjustified war - by a laughingly obvious conman PM - that has cost hundreds of thousands of lives, with oil tanker loads of innocent men women and children's' blood in the sand in a far flung desert land: when most of them simply sat on their hands in shameless indifference.

We surely all deserve better than this of our so-called leaders.

To complete the story, the Beeb gets a totally impartial former BA big cheese to give his analysis of the current T5 situation. .... he assures and cheers the flying national flock that this is "nothing particularly unusual". In fact it took the new terminal at Toronto "two years to run smoothly", he smirks sheepishly.

I don't agree with everything Media Lens put out, especially on the Global Warming issue, but here was something I'm sure many people must have noticed on the BBC TV main 6pm headlines....this is a good example of our Zionist-controlled MSM's devious methodology in keeping the masses in their semicomatose sheep state of accepting gross injustices as "fair".

" The horrific shooting of eight young people at a Jewish seminary in Jerusalem last Thursday was followed by saturation media coverage. International statesmen lined up with condemnations of the attack and condolences for the victims and their families.

Prime Minister Gordon Brown announced: "This is clearly an attempt to strike a blow at the very heart of the peace process.” (Jon Smith, Press Association, 'Brown: massacre "strikes at heart of peace"', March 7, 2008)

Foreign Secretary David Milliband described the slaughter as “an arrow aimed at the heart of the peace process so recently revived.” (Donald Macintyre and Eric Silver, 'Massacre in the heart of Jerusalem', The Independent, March 7, 2008)

The Guardian’s front page declared: "the descent into violence in the Middle East accelerated last night" in a "dramatic escalation". (Rory McCarthy, ‘Eight dead as gunman hits Jerusalem religious school’, The Guardian, March 7, 2008). A Daily Mirror headline read: ‘Kids Murdered In The Library’ (Allison Martin, March 7, 2008). The Telegraph asserted that the attack “is likely to be remembered as the moment the Middle East peace process died.” (Tim Butcher, ‘Hopes of peace in the Middle East are blown away in a hail of bullets’, Daily Telegraph, March 7, 2008)

The contrast to reactions to the killing of over 120 Palestinians, including many women and children, in occupied Gaza the previous week could hardly be more striking. On one day alone, 60 people died in a hail of Israeli firepower using F-16 planes, Apache helicopter gunships, tanks, armoured bulldozers and ground troops.

No Western leader was heard condemning the Israeli assault on Gaza as “an attempt to strike a blow at the very heart of the peace process.” To our knowledge, no reporter suggested that “the peace process” had now “died”. No headlines screamed of Palestinian babies “murdered” in their beds. In short, news reports from the Gazan bloodbath typically lacked the anguished details and tone that suffused the reporting from Jerusalem less than a week later.

But, this last weekend - and again today - thousands of devout sheep savers lost their belief in farmer Brawn's banking system. Alarmed at the sight of the Farm of England being forced to bale of hay out Northern Rock, angry sheep and lambs rushed to withdraw their winter feed deposits in scenes of financial panic not seen since the 1970s.

" My confidence has been shattered" bleated Tony Looch,a 68-year-old ram saver queuing outside a branch in London's Moorgate. " I would not put another blade of grass into that company again". By Saturday afternoon, mass flock fear had turned to resentment as many sheep customers found they could not take their money out before branches began shutting for the weekend.

Undeterred, the determined flock again form round-the-field ques this morning - some camping out on the Society's doorsteps overnight.

[ " Worried savers have continued to flock to Northern Rock bank branches to withdraw their savings, following similar scenes over the weekend." - BBC website news headlines today ]

2 billion bales of hay already gone and another billion or two today! Farmer Brown's dogs called out to keep order among the restless line of jostling wool. One black sheep couple locked a Society dogette in her office until she handed them back their million!

Ripples of fear move through the entire national private pen-owning flock at the thought of possible banking collapse, falling fodder shares and interest rate hikes.

Sheep Nation, though pathetically incapable of protest, sure knows how to whip itself into a frenzied stampede of panic! The days of free grass are over, now us sheep must learn the thrift of munching on a paltry fare of post-harvest sun-burnt stubble, it seems.

Ah well, lets look on the bright side. Hopefully there'll be less of those tiresome pen-renovation and pen-in-the-country type programmes on early morning sheep TV

Oh really? Even after the possible downfall of the government itself? How much of your savings are you willing to punt on the integrity of "honest" Farmer Brown himself, sheeple?

Madeleine McCann - what's it all about?

As the days and weeks pass, as not only the worldwide media and the Portuguese locals gather outside the Portimao police HQ; but also the opportunistic sheepnation local British holidaymakers too; the question is now being asked - did the parents of poor little Madeleine incredibly have a hand in her disappearance and possible murder?

The ex-pats and Blighty tourists also joined in the cheer and jeer as both GPs Gerry and 39-yr old Kate McCann were led into the police station for intensive grilling - and to the amazement of all, be subsequent;y declared as suspects in the disappearance of their 4 yr-old child.

Are the Portuguese police the worst in the world?

Well it certainly would seem so.
Gotten nowhere after the investigation of a bone fide witness's story of seeing someone of the description of the former prime fascia English suspect, who lives with his mother just around the corner, carrying a child in his arms near the McCann's apartment on the night of baby Madeleine's disappearance; they possibly may now be trying for a conviction come what may, on the back of the most flimsy evidence, their own international humiliation, say so and dark gossip rumour.

On the other hand, to this sheep at least, it has always seemed slightly odd how and why the McCanns always insisted, without any evidence whatsoever, that they believed their missing child was alive and well.

In the light of most past cases of abducted children resulting in an unhappy ending, this seems either naively optimistic or . . . .odd.

Whatever the final resolution of this macabre case; one thing is certain. The sick and twisted ambulance-chasing mentality of some sheep inhabiting this fair isle is still running strong.

The sort of individuals who stomp on the brakes and cause unbridled mayhem and tailbacks for miles of motorway behind; just to slow down to get an extra second's view of a possible decapitation or charred corpse or shocked & bloodied injury victims from a recent crash on the opposite carriageway.

We know the sort, the English sheep, the ones who repress so much poo in themselves, that it readily flows from their grass holes, this time in the form of spending their holidays loitering outside a Portuguese police station to jeer-bleat and gawp at the innocent until proven otherwise.
It's the lynch mob yob mentality.

Jeez H Christ in an Arran sweater, do these ultra sheep have nothing better to do with their drab little lives?

M St.M

Update; 10/9/07
The McCanns fly back to Britain - but for how long? Will they be charged by the Portuguese police? Are they being framed? Or is the evidence the cops have accrued substantial?

Whatever the case I would imagine both shattered GPs are sleeping 12 hrs a day and self-medicating on the blue Valium this week.

It seems the entire sheep nation has bolted to the gate at the ghastly state of these pastures Brown, this foul summer of our Lord 2007.

Yes indeed, the airports have jammed with sheep, seeking exodus and a couple of weeks in the sun. You can tell, not just from newspaper reports, but by checking out the airfares for, say, a quick hop across to Amsterdam.

Cheapest flight you will find right about now is £150 PP each way!
Eurotunnel have jumped on the greedy bastard bandwagon and their best-most special offer is 195 each way per person to Paris.

It's exactly like an extortion tax to leave this island of woes - and it's going to get a lot worse.

There will be SO many sheep stampeding to emigrate, that our benign new leader, Gordon the moron will feel obliged to introduce an "emigration tax" for the sheep, and to get off this island pen will cost several grands...you wait and see.

Meantime, this sheep is fleeced at least once in the course of his day. Down at the local Post Office, there appears to be a little Bonnie & Clyde operation going on. For I have noticed in my past several visits to post some packets of DVDs ( this sheep's income medium) that I was overcharged in the way of weight.

The scam involves these new printable stickers in the stead of stamps issued behind the counter.

They weigh your packet, give you the 1st Class price then ask you to "slip it under". As you do so you observe the counter clerk ( Clyde in this case, his girlfriend Bonnie on an adjacent counter the other ) printing out and sticking a 1st/2nd Class label to your packet - but you are unable to see the price because it is in lower case and point size type.

In actual fact it is cheaper than they tell you and they pocket the difference.

One hundred sheep per day fleeced of a quid and it's a nice earner for the two compatriots in fleece hey?

One of this sheep's last acts B4 leaving London was to try for a new battery in his watch, as it was slowing-up and stopping every so often.

In the first jewellery shop I entered on the Broadway I immediately received a " hmmm, looks like it needs a service"
"How much" I enquired
" Oh about £40.....but it's worth it!"

" Well I'll sleep on it"
" Not on the watch I hope" came the old jeweller's practised "witty" refrain.

Onwards forwards I strode across a traffic fume-ridden pavement, and past another jewellers...SCREECH!

I was entry-buzzed in the joint, past a heavily bolted triple-glazed guard door to a space inhabited mostly by a wholesome 5-ton cast iron safe.

" Can I help you sir" .. came the chirpy refrain of the wee chappie in charge.

" Erm, I want a new battery putting in my watch. . . how much?"
( I decided to take the direct route this time)
" Sure, I'll do it now"
"How much"
" Six pounds"
"Done".

I waited for the inevitable....
" Well if it's slowing down and stopping it probably needs a service"
"How much?"

" It'll be £35"....

God these ewewful echoes!

Finally!
Up to his neck in bad deeds and seeking an audience with the Pope to attempt to assuage the terrible guilt brewing and simmering under the tight lid.

And in the end he has us all over, mugs us all off, slips the noose - smiles his way into diplomatic oblivion after earning his 10-year's service medal from the devil; with a cushy cynical little number known as the "Middle East Peace Envoy" - read "making the right noises while maintaining the old Zionist thuggery oppression status quo" - ( his old mate Lord Levy's job) that gives him plenty of spare time to make lots of dosh on the US lecture circuit and to write "Tone's Tome" just in time for the Christmas rush.

The great benefit of only sheep-dipping into TV now and again - and I'm not talking cross-dressing - is that of a more enlightened perspective nay perception. There's something insidious about that sheep habit of the daily bread of news fix, the con man's hold of "keeping up-to-date with the BBC".

With a more cautious, distanced approach, the sheep are more able to keep a healthy balance between the nightmare on the gogglebox and their regular grass chewing, black pellet-popping and cheerful field wanderings.

So. The David Copperfield of Politics, the walking smirk, the spurious spiv , the bloody-handed bastard - Teflon Tony himself finally emerges blinking from the no 10 bunker out into the semi-real world completely on his own terms - except of course in the global popularity stakes.

Truly incredible.

And how ultra sly is this, the way Mr Indirect Taxation himself has seamlessly wormed his way in through the keyhole of the glossy black door next door, without even a bleat in the country calling for an early general election to at least give the church-loving jock a mandate from the flock.
Mr nice incarnate, the press grovelling at his feet in the fawn que and suddenly he's re-branded Mr Sqeeky cleen the saintly PM, pouring on the charm factor 8 with the samemouldTM "Fresh Start" bull that Blair sermoned to the gullible faithful back in '97.

Wouldn't surprise this sheep if the recent flooding up noarth ( geddit, NOAH'th )is the result of a deliberate cloud-seeding operation by the RAF/MI6 to get the Brown era off to a Climate Change taxation regime-flying start by rubbing the guilt salt into the national flock's tired eyes about meekly accepting motorway tolls, accepting another 10p on petrol duty, another ten squid on your airfare etc etc. Take your punishment, sheep, you know it's for the best, you know you're saving the planet!

After watching the C4 documentary " The Great Global Warming Swindle", I wrote the small article along the lines of apparent evidence presented in the programme that it may be sunspot activity affecting cloud cover on the planet and not carbon emissions, which is causing the earth to warm - and that this present warming trend is part of a natural planetary cycle.

Well well, would we believe it?

1st up, the Oxbridge-infested British Bleating Corpse snobbishly brands those good sheep down on Branscombe beach. . .

. . . . doing nothing but collecting booty that would otherwise have smashed & rotted on the next few high winter tides of foamy fleece breakers of Atlantic sea surf. . . .

. . . .as "scavengers" and "looters".

The local coastguard farmer described the sheep rebellion as "despicable" ( Oh yes those farmers know the politics of keeping their jobs alright)

Anyway, tonight not a sign of a woolly coat anywhere, the local blue-helmeted sheepdogs have it finally fenced off!

Echoing the basic Goody sheep's plight, if the beach was "Bradcombe" and the sheep of a darker shade of wool, we certainly wouldn't hear the derogatory term "scavengers" from any sheep nation media.
Esp. as the OED definition of the word associates it with the kitchen scraps activity of dogs. . . .

You can call a white sheep a scavenger and trailer park trash and get a pat on the back from the thought police, but call a slightly darker sheep a poppadom and it's off to the career abatoir with you. Now that's fascism!

* * * * * * * * // * * * * * * * *

Yet more stirrings in the form of commuter-sheep protesters on the Bath to Bristol line having a free ticket protest day, against being fleeced on fare rises and standing room only during their cattle truck rides to market each day.

And yet more ( ! ) sheep uprisings as the appropriately named BA cabin crew go on strike over being forced by proxy to come into work even when stricken with foot & mouth flu - or face the wool sack!

As I say, it's the only good news (and hope) for these decaying pastures. That there is, after all, a limit to which the sheep will endure bully farmer tactics with more grazing restrictions, false sheepdog law enforcements and more sardine-like cramming into smaller and tighter pens.

Here's to a near-future sheeples' revolution. BAAAAAAA!!!

The London fold at this pre-festive time of year seem unusually restless again, restless in a mild state of subliminal semi-stampede panic within the city pen. Not since Summer in the City ( Tag on www.fearandloathinginlondon.blog.co.uk ) have we seen such a heightened state of mass flock fever.

Domesticated sheep violence and break-ups, shoplifting from Woolworths and steet fleecings are reaching fever pitch.

Although it's been brewing at the back of my mind for a while now, what finally motivated me to do this post was one of this sheep's close ewe friends being mugged and fleeced in the street last week, and for the third time.

And, even though it was in a mainly white sheep area, for the third time by a group of young black lambs also. She got a fat lip, bruises and £200 in a £300 handbag ripped off her. She was lucky.

Now she's saying she feels forced to go out dressed down and "looking like a ruffian."

Two other friends have had their handbags ripped away from them, also by vicious black lambs, when out shopping recently. (To fight back is to risk a knife through the ribs way before abattoir time).

And it's getting endemic. Yet Plodsheep presence even on the high streets seems negligible.

I appreciate the dangers of reinforcing stereotypes here and we tread on shaky PC ground, yet nevertheless sometimes "stereotypes" are found to be factual. What do we do then? Hide behind the PC tree in the field and pretend the mutton-hook reality won't happen to us?

Baa no, not this spitting sheep.

Fact. Here in London, the vast majority of street muggings, stabbings and shootings are carried out by young Afro Caribbean males.

Fact. That young black age group comprises only a small percentage of the total male youth population of London.

So therefore there must be a quite a substantial hardcore minority of young black males doing this nasty stuff on a regular basis.
Why?

Only yesterday in the Daily Bleat, it was reported that after interviewing 120 freshly rounded-up lamb criminals - many with over 50 convictions behind them - the two professors conducting the research found the motive is more often than not the "buzz" of traumatizing their victims and to gain "street cred'". Not purely financial except in the respect of fuelling a drug habit.

Therefore we can begin to rule out the classic "black poverty & in-opportunity" excuse. Every twist and turn of a statistic was paraded by the Bleat - except race. The report came out the same day two black lambs were handed down long stretches in the big house over the grisly street murder of poor Tom ap Rhys last year. His big mistake, apparently, was to put up a fight.

In actual fact, the black sheep community are generally rather well tended to, fed, housed and watered. Rarely do we see a black sheep selling The Big Issue. That's an even bigger issue.

Government ministers and black community leaders in London and elsewhere must stop sweeping this under the PC carpet, take off the kid gloves, and get to grips with the serious violence, knife and gun culture that so obviously especially exists amongst young black lambs - whilst not excluding the problem generally across the youth board in the UK.

But also, the predominantly white victim flock must not be asheepfraid to bleat out statistical facts and demand it be tackled, along with the violence problem generally, without being labelled a BNP supporter. This is the only way to get the problem aired and sorted. Or more and more sheep will feel forced to tool-up, the way it's heading.

I'm all for bring back birching for any violent mugger of any colour. But today's street violence problem is disturbingly often linked to race - highlighting that is not racist.

Try telling the British Bleating Corporation that.

_________________________________________

Another Royal Commission report is out today, continuing to soften-up the national flock for inevitable road-toll fleecing. The Brown sheep future PM is surely rubbing his front hooves at the prospect of plugging the big economic black hole he's dug himself into as chancellor.

Of course, as usual, there will be no sheep protest and by 2010 we'll all have our cars micro-chipped and our motorways dammed.

The report states road tolling will help ease congestion by half. Surely this at least will prove correct, as half the population emigrates to escape these insufferable pastures and join foreign flocks to frisk on more spacious, sunnier fields and dine upon a sweeter greener meadow fare.

Prepare to be further brainwashed/guilt- tripped into meekly accepting future mega "green taxes" on your car/air-flight/utility/social services bills and destruction of your green grazing hills with a plague of useless windmills and other "green industries" that are merely more excuses to launder yet more of your hard-earned tax dosh into greedy pin-stripe piggy pockets.

THE MAIL ON SUNDAY
"The Mail on Sunday said in early editions that it had obtained a letter purportedly written by Environment Minister David Miliband to Treasury chief Gordon Brown which called for higher taxes on cheap airline flights, fuel, and high-emission vehicles.

Miliband - a dirty, lying, self-serving snivelling little fcuk.
( - in fact that's why he's a minister.)

The government should “increase the pace of existing tax measures, broaden them into sectors where incentives to cut carbon emissions are weak and identify new instruments to drive progress in tackling greenhouse gas,” the newspaper quoted the letter as stating.
"

Now I know that some of us are proper educated sheep like; many with BAs as well as BAAAAs, so to all I say; don't just accept what rotten turnips of Government-funded reports get chucked over the fence for us to chew on til sick.

They imply Global Warming is definitely caused by human activity, without giving any evidence whatsoever except a change in Carbon Dioxide levels in the atmosphere from 270 to 350 parts per million.

Yeah and Saddam had a crock load of WMDs too!
Pull the other one Tony, it's got bells on.

Farmer scientist will tell us that's a whopping 30% rise in C02 but not tell us the other vital statistic; that it's also only a minute 0.001% ( thousandth of one percent) increase to the entire atmospheric content. A bit like the % increase in saliva dilution in a filled bathtub, between spitting into it twice and then spitting a third time.

Contact email letter to the Royal Society, on their Climate Change webpage.
The Royal Society," excellence in science ". Really?

Dear Sirs,

I read with interest the PDF portable document on climate change, the IPCC ( Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) rebuttals of commonly proposed arguments against its findings.

Re; "Misleading arguments 8 in that PDF file.

I would be grateful if The Royal Society could offer a valid explanation of how the IPCC arrived at its figure of sea level rises of "between 3 - 14 cms between 1990 and 2025" ( 0.4cms per year maximum) when, by its own research admissions, the average global sea level rise during the entire 20th century had been only " 0.1 to 0.2 cms per year" and that there had been "no significant acceleration of sea level rise during that time". What evidence to you have for this dramatic acceleration prediction?

How does the IPCC arrive at a projection of such an abrupt acceleration and massive( 200%) rate of rise in sea levels in the next 25 years from a virtual standstill position for the whole of the previous century when sea level rises were static at 0.1 to 0.2cms per year?

What models were used to produce this projection of rapid sea level rises to 2025?

A political model, perhaps?

Yours faithfully,

Michael St.Mark

Pause for thought for one minute on this;
Very early photographs of the alps taken around 100 years ago show the glaciers shrunk to less than the size they are today. Climate change is a natural phenomenon-cycle and predicting future trends is a hopeless endeavour.

The "experts" can't even get a next-day weather forecast right to within 80% and a three-day forecast goes down to 5% accuracy. Now they're trying to con us into believing they know what the world's weather will be like in 2050!
It's fcuking bullshit and an excuse to extort more taxes out of all of us.
